Podango, the online video network, has partnered with Kiptronic, the podcasting ad network. The deal will integrate Kiptronic's dynamic ad insertion into its P2 Platform for publishers, and both companies will be selling advertising in each others' network. A key point for Kiptronic's advertising tools is that it doesn't need to be on a connected device, and also allows for ads to be created and inserted on the fly, removing the need for publishers to manually insert ads. Kiptronic offers pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll video advertisements for video and podcasts which are dynamically inserted into downloadable audio and video media.
It's recently added support for SiteCensus from Nielsen/NetRatings means that producers and publishers will have a standard for metrics. This is important for Podango's distribution methods, as users will want to be kept informed on the success of their video and advertising campaign.
