Jivox Raises $5.8 Million for Multi-Screen Interactive Video Ads
Jivox, a multi-screen interactive ad technology provider, has raised a $5.8 million Series C financing. The round was led by Fortisure Ventures, with participation by Shah Capital and existing investors Opus Capital and Helion Advisors. Jivox intends to use the financing to grow its sales and marketing plus further build out its Jivox IQ video ad creation/management platform.
Jivox IQ is a cloud-based, drag-and-drop design environment, allowing agencies and brands to quickly create and modify interactive video ads for delivery across screens. Jivox ads have a single adaptive tag which allows a appropriately sized ad to be delivered regardless of device. Jivox can detect when a mobile device is being used and automatically switch Flash-based components to HTML5 so that the ads are properly delivered. Jivox also provides an ad server and extensive analytics package.
